You will assist technicians, manage parts, and help with loading/unloading equipment as needed. The position requires basic accounting knowledge, proficiency with MS Office, strong communication, and a willingness to work in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Knowledge of office procedures and processes.
• Understanding of mechanical/technical terms preferred.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agricultural background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fields internal and external customer inquiries for the Service Department.
• Opens work orders and maintains control until closed and invoiced.
• Updates customer profiles with equipment and hours from work orders.
• Maintains service accessories and supplies; prepares replacement orders.
• Assists customers with mower or equipment loading/unloading.
• Close and process RO’s for payment when needed.
• Assist technicians with parts lookup and MD order processing.
• Assist at the parts counter and loading/unloading trucks as needed.
• Help stage equipment and maintain the lot for easy pickup and delivery.
• Represent the dealership and promote customer loyalty.
