The role involves interfacing with OEMs and vendor purchasing to ensure on-time delivery and accurate pricing, while maintaining data in company databases. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in sales support or customer service, a valid driver’s license, and a preferred bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years in sales support or customer service roles required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in office management/sales administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supply chain support and improve procurement practices.
• Assist engineers with supplier selection and performance assessments.
• Support management of consignment inventory and BOM management.
• Prepare and process orders, pricing, and delivery communications to customers.
• Coordinate transportation and verify product availability and gross profit on transactions.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and continuous improvement across supply chain and sales admin functions.
