Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Orlando. You will be the face of our store, assisting customers with rentals, returns, and equipment questions, and using U-Scan tech to dispatch and track inventory. You’ll move and hook up trucks and ensure safe, clean equipment for customers.

We offer on-the-job education, a fast-paced team environment, and opportunities to advance within U-Haul. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
