Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the face of our exceptional service.

You will assist customers, operate U-Scan tech for rentals, and help with moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, while maintaining equipment and processing invoices. The role includes on-the-job education, safety training, and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and ensure safety checks are up to date.
• Answer questions and educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns of equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring as needed.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
