U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Orlando, FL. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals and equipment while using U-Scan tech to manage inventory and bookings.

Responsibilities include inspecting and preparing equipment, answering customer questions, and ensuring smooth rentals. The role offers on-the-job education and a fast-paced team environment, with opportunities for growth and staff recognition.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
