Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service, assisting customers with rentals, gear, and equipment while ensuring a smooth journey. The role uses U-Scan tech to dispatch and manage inventory and involves inspecting and maintaining equipment onsite.

You will move trucks and trailers, answer questions, and help customers understand products and services, with on-the-job education and potential bonuses. A valid driver’s license supports the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
