Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Florida to be the face of our service team. You’ll assist customers, operate U-Scan tech for rentals, and help with equipment checks and maintenance on site.

Training is provided and you’ll be part of a supportive team focused on quick, helpful service. You’ll use manuals and equipment to answer questions, educate customers on products, and help finalize rentals and returns while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use technology to dispatch and manage rentals and inventory.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, move and hook up trucks and trailers, and assist with fittings and propane.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns, educate customers about offerings.
