Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Equipment Operations Specialist to support day-to-day equipment operations and fleet management. You will focus on scheduling, accurate billing, and data integrity to drive profitability for the Blue Hat Crane & Equipment Rental program.

You will analyze equipment availability, coordinate with clients, and use insights to optimize service delivery and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years rental, warehouse or construction materials experience.
• Ability to learn operating and accounting systems for data entry.
• Proficiency with MS Office and intermediate skills in scheduling and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of the equipment rental business and use operational metrics for day-to-day decisions.
• Partner with clients to provide guidance and solutions for equipment needs; prepare equipment and material bid packages as needed.
• Apply operational processes to purchasing, fleet and inventory management, scheduling, billing, and customer relations.
