Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Equipment Operations Specialist to support day-to-day equipment operations, scheduling, fleet management, and timely billings within the Blue Hat Crane & Equipment Rental program in the Aurora/Denver area.

The role requires 3+ years in rental or warehouse settings, a high school diploma or GED, and strong MS Office/data skills. Colorado base salary ranges from 73,453 to 91,794 with potential bonus; travel is typically minimal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years rental, warehouse or construction materials experience required.
• Proven ability to schedule, bill and manage equipment fleets.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment scheduling, fleet data, and billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients to meet equipment needs and bids.
• Apply operational processes for purchasing, inventory, and service.
• Monitor fleet location and condition to support decisions.
• Lead training and continuous improvement for Blue Hat operations.
