Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking an Equipment Operations Coordinator to support equipment operations, data entry, and inventory control for the rental and construction materials business. The role focuses on efficient processing of orders, billing transactions, and customer/vendor communications.

You will work with ERP systems to enter data, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate pricing and availability. A strong emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and safety aligns with JE Dunn’s standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years rental, warehouse or construction materials experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine duties in purchasing, fleet/inventory counter operations, billing, and distribution for equipment rental and construction materials.
• Performs accurate data entry using ERP software for rental and material transactions.
• Responds to internal and external customers and vendors via phone and email for routine information on equipment and materials.
• Provides pricing, availability, and spec details for inventory and equipment questions.
• May handle shipping, receiving, and storing fleet/inventory materials.
• Organizes and consolidates incoming/outgoing equipment and validates transfer tickets.
