Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking an Equipment Operations Coordinator to support equipment operations, including data entry and billing, while organizing goods and services for the equipment rental business.

You will handle inbound/outbound equipment and inventory transactions, provide pricing/spec details, and assist with shipping/receiving as needed, all in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Strong data entry and clerical skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory/billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine purchasing, fleet/inventory counter operations, billing and distribution support for equipment rental.
• Enter data accurately in ERP for rental and material transactions.
• Respond to internal/external queries via phone and email regarding equipment/materials.
