Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, construction management or related field preferred.
• In lieu of the above requirements, relevant experience will be considered.
• 2+ years people management experience preferred.
• 2+ years with financial budgeting and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to an injury-free environment.
• Manages all assigned aspects of the equipment rental business and uses operational metrics for decisions.
• Ensures clients receive guidance and solutions for equipment needs.
• Oversees transactions in purchasing, fleet and inventory management, scheduling, billing, and customer relations.
• Maintains knowledge of quantity and location of the equipment fleet for scheduling and service decisions.
• Analyzes key reports to advise leadership on trends and opportunities.
• Executes new revenue opportunities relating to equipment, service, and inventory.
• Resolves equipment, inventory, service, and billing discrepancies for internal and external customers.
• Leads training topics and serves as a resource for Blue Hat operations.
• Participates in continuous improvement to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert and national resource for Blue Hat equipment/materials.
• Provides operational oversight to a Blue Hat branch or onsite operation.
• Establishes relationships with project teams and leadership across the organization.
