Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a PM Coordinator in Cincinnati to sustain all department documentation, manage work orders, and oversee PM workflows. The role ensures maintenance system compliance and coordinates with the Asset Care Planner and Parts Coordinator to prepare timely, organized job setups for mechanics.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, strong planning skills, and proficiency with CMMS and SAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports maintenance planning by entering data from work orders.
• Back up for parts receiving and inventory handling.
• Maintains asset risk reports for maintenance evaluation.
• Optimizes PMs with planning and scheduling improvements.
• Works with CMS administrator to track downtime and root causes.
• Places and creates supply orders for parts.
• Generates reports for daily/weekly management reviews.
• Maintains maintenance KBIs and scheduling postings.
