This in-office role offers a base of $21/hour plus commission with an expected first-year OTE of $55,000–$70,000. Top performers can exceed $80,000+ annually.

Formación

• 1-2 years sales, customer service, or business development experience (not required).
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
• Interest in financial services or B2B sales.

Responsabilidades

• Database Management: Reactivate and nurture relationships with existing clients in our company database.
• Outbound Prospecting: Make cold calls to potential clients in target industries to generate new business opportunities.
• Lead Qualification: Assess business funding needs and financial situations to determine fit.
• Application Management: Guide clients through the application process and submit qualified deals to credit.
• Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
• Handoff Coordination: Prepare files for assignment to Senior Account Executives once applications are submitted.
• Market Education: Learn equipment financing, working capital products, SBA, invoice factoring.
