Onset Financial, an award-winning equipment finance company in St. George, Utah, is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business, manage a client pipeline, and provide financing solutions in equipment leasing.

You will drive the full sales cycle, exceed sales targets, and collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure compliant funding. A motivating, coaching-friendly environment fosters career growth.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience preferred.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and close new business over the phone.
• Ability to sell over the phone.
• Proven track record of executing high-dollar transactions.
• Top performer attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and strategic outreach
• Build your own pipeline and maintain your own book of business
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through funding
• Understand customer financing needs and recommend customized equipment finance solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure underwriting and documentation requirements are met
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
