Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and be the face of our service. You will help customers with rentals, inspect equipment, and use U-Scan technology to manage inventory and dispatch.

Position offers on-the-job education and opportunities to earn bonuses after certification and completion of training. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Miamisburg location.

Qualifications

• Requires a customer-focused mindset and ability to help customers in person and over the phone.
• Must be able to use handheld or store tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Basic knowledge of truck and trailer equipment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
