Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals and equipment needs. You will use U-Scan technology to manage inventory, move and hook up trucks, and inspect equipment to ensure safety and readiness.

Responsibilities include answering questions, invoicing rentals, and supporting ongoing training through U-Haul University. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to learn and use U-Haul systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns; install hitches and trailer wiring as needed.
