Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and to help customers with equipment, rentals, and inquiries.

You will inspect and maintain equipment, use U-Scan technology to dispatch and track rentals, and assist with invoices, hitch installations, and safety checks. On-the-job education and certifications are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring (certification offered).
• Fill propane (certification offered).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered).
• Participate in U-Haul education via U-Haul University.
