Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our brand, helping customers at our centers and beyond. You will inspect and maintain equipment, assist with rentals, and use mobile technology to manage inventories and provide excellent service on every journey.

The role offers on-the-job education, hands-on interviews, and growth opportunities within a supportive team. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required to begin with us today.

Qualifications

• Ability to educate and assist customers on products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education.
