U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service at a local location. You will assist customers, use U-Scan to manage rentals, and help inspect and move equipment. A strong customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience helping customers and communicating clearly.
• Ability to work as part of a team and learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
