Job summary

Sammons Industrial, LLC is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to support Big Truck and Trackmobile orders for Briggs Truck & Rail. You will coordinate orders from placement through delivery, invoicing, and payment, ensuring accurate inventory and information across teams.

You will partner with sales, branch coordinators, service teams, vendors, and dealers to finalize details, manage high-volume orders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid Dallas footprint.

• Strong organization, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of orders at different stages.
• A sense of urgency and ownership, with the ability to prioritize deadlines, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Confidence building strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and dealers, with a team-first approach to getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate equipment orders throughout the full lifecycle—from purchase order and vendor ordering through make-ready, delivery, invoicing, and payment—while maintaining accurate inventory and order information.
• Partner with sales teams, branch coordinators, service teams, vendors, and outside equipment dealers to confirm order details, coordinate deliveries, and resolve issues along the way.
• Manage a high volume of active orders and priorities while supporting National Account deliveries, equipment moving across dealer territories, reporting, invoicing, and other team needs.
