Job summary

Sammons Industrial, LLC is seeking a Credit Risk Coordinator to join our employee-owned family of businesses, supporting Briggs Equipment branches with credit management, account setup, and accurate customer records across multiple systems.

Based in our Dallas office with a hybrid setup, you’ll work Monday-Thursday onsite and Fridays from your home office, coordinating with branches to keep accounts current and credit decisions sound and compliant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in credit, accounts receivable, customer account maintenance, commercial collections, or a similar administrative finance environment.
• Experience using ERP systems and credit bureau tools like Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, or LexisNexis.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused while managing a high volume of requests across multiple systems.
• Positive, self-starting approach with clear communication across branches and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of credit-related requests from branches, including creating/updating customer and ship-to accounts, releasing holds, and performing account maintenance.
• Review and process credit applications, verify customer information, and use credit bureau resources for sound decisions.
• Navigate ERP platforms and credit tools to complete requests accurately from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with branch teams and other partners while improving processes.
