Job summary

Sammons Industrial is seeking a Sales Coordinator to keep equipment moving and customers informed. You’ll help align sales and service teams, manage the lifecycle of equipment, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and communication within a fast-paced, on-site environment in Houston. Training and opportunities to grow are provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full equipment lifecycle, including off-lease processing, wholesale purchases, inspections, repairs, freight, and inventory intake.
• Partner closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and external vendors to negotiate pricing, track orders, and ensure equipment is make-ready and delivered on time.
• Manage documentation, reporting, inventory availability, and communication to keep sales teams informed and ready to serve customers.
• Process used equipment-related AP, AR, warranty items, and maintain complete transaction files with photos and records.
