Atlas Copco Group in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator - Equipment for a hybrid role. You will support regional sales, manage orders, handle logistics, and maintain reporting for on-time deliveries.

Strong communication and problem-solving help you coordinate with factories, carriers, and customers. The position requires 5–10 years in customer service or logistics, an associate degree in Business or equivalent, and proficiency in SAP/MyQuest and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in customer service, order administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Associate degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and respond to customer and Regional Sales Team requests via phone, email, Teams and other channels.
• Create and manage MyQuest tickets for Regional Sales Teams and follow up to completion.
• Enter equipment orders and process changes, including address and delivery contacts.
• Research inquiries in SAP/MyQuest and coordinate with internal departments for timely updates.
• Coordinate with factories, warehouses, and vendors to obtain order and shipment status.
• Provide timely order updates and professional communication to customers and teams.
