Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training videos and documentation for instructional technologies.
• Provide end-user training, consultations, and technical support for instructional technologies.
• Consult with faculty to recommend media, equipment use, design, and production techniques for instruction.
• Conduct train-the-trainer workshops for internal teams on instructional technologies.
• Create media and multimedia with subject matter experts for instructional formats.
• Lead and participate in workshops and campus-wide events to support instructional tech.
