Job summary

Warren CAT seeks an Engine Biller responsible for invoicing and coordinating equipment billing. You will review orders, ensure accuracy, and process deposits, credits, and rebills while maintaining detailed logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 2 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Ability to solve problems with several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Lotus, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review and distribute CAT Acknowledgements; update sales backlog.
• Verify sales orders for billing accuracy: taxes, location, docs.
• Invoice Power Systems sales (RPO/Lease, Used, Trade-in, Prime).
• Bill deposits and other internal transactions.
• Process credits and rebills; log transactions with justification.
• Report CAT sales and ownership changes to Caterpillar.
• Export billing data for tax purposes after invoicing.
• Process extended service coverage settlements.
• Track CAT availability letters and factory changes.
• Adjust and log changes to the sales backlog for monthly reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
