Warren CAT is seeking a Machine Sales Specialist to quote, coordinate, and act as the interface between quoting, sales and inventory teams. You will work with the sales staff to process quotes and funnel machines through the sales and inventory process.

Responsibilities include locating machines and attachments to meet customer needs, drafting price quotes with incentives, and preparing contracts. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficient MS Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, presentation, decision making and reasoning skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsabilités

• Research and locate machines and attachments that meet customer needs to close sales.
• Draft and communicate price quotes and credit terms, prepare sales contracts.
• Prepare and present reports of business transactions and manage expenses.
• Initiate and follow up on make ready process and shipment of machines and attachments.
• Coordinate and communicate make ready shops and pricing/availability for the sales team.
• Initiate shipment to end users and store transfers.
• Complete make ready forms for new machine sales and leases.
• Maintain reservations on orders, machines, and attachments.
• Review machine make ready forms and freight invoices.
