Job summary

Warren CAT is seeking a Machine Sales Specialist to quote, coordinate and serve as the interface between quoting, sales and inventory, working with the Sales team to process quotes.

Responsibilities include locating machines and attachments, drafting price quotes, preparing sales contracts, and coordinating make ready and shipments.

Requirements: BA/BS or 1–2 years related experience, proficiency with MS Word and Excel, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to read manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, presentation and reasoning skills.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Research and locate machines and attachments to meet customer needs.
• Draft and communicate price quotes and terms; prepare sales contracts.
• Prepare and present reports of business transactions and expenses.
• Coordinate make ready processes and shop communications.
• Assist with pricing, availability and application of product for sales.
• Initiate and manage shipments, make ready forms and reservations.
• Review make ready forms and freight invoices; support billing.
