Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a billing professional to prepare and process timely invoicing for service work. You will ensure accurate costing, complete descriptions, and proper markups in line with contracts.

The role requires 1-2 years of billing/data-entry with IFS or similar systems, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Prior construction-industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of computerized billing and data entry with IFS or similar systems.
• Proficient with Windows environment, Excel and Word.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process service calls and small project invoicing with accurate costing and markups.
• Prepare and review billing descriptions, costs, and sell prices for each order.
• Ensure billing batches are reviewed by management before posting to customers.
• Interface with service sales personnel to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Support sales with work order updates and billing information.
• Monitor outstanding work orders and identify billable items in the system.
• Post credits and rebills as needed and handle rebill processing.
• Review quoted and service call work orders for billing readiness.
