Job summary

Warren CAT is seeking an Engine Sales Coordinator to coordinate engine sales orders and related inventory processes. You will manage credits, approve and process orders, and ensure CAT requirements are met across systems in collaboration with applications and project teams.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, ledger reconciliation, and monthly profit reviews, with travel up to 5% and participation in safety and team meetings. A business degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Business degree or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engine sales orders and inventory orders.
• Process approved sales orders and revisions.
• Submit CAT requirements for Tier 4 pairings post audit and replacement engine orders.
• Issue POs for CAT non-factory orders and rig-up shop work orders.
• Process engine related vendor invoices for payment.
• Review CAT Factory order acknowledgements and update data in Warren and Caterpillar systems.
• Monitor and adjust sales backlog for reporting and financial visibility.
• Track orders in WCAT/Caterpillar systems and import CAT orders report.
• Process delivery orders and inventory control transactions.
• Manage and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
• Complete closing summaries/deal sheets with cost estimates as needed.
• Review monthly gross profit after invoicing to create management reports.
• Manage CAT inventory report and internal late delivery summary.
• Track discrepancies in CAT and Warren systems.
• Attend safety, production, and team meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
