Job summary

Energy Systems, a leading Generac Industrial Distributor in the United States, seeks an experienced Field Service Technician to service and repair generators, perform maintenance, and ensure compliance with NFPA and state regulations.

You will read manuals, diagnose issues, and create detailed reports within 24 hours. A valid driver license and Generac certification are required, with opportunity to advance to higher EPSS expertise.

Qualifications

• 4 years servicing and troubleshooting EPSS systems.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Ability to obtain Generac certification in air‑cooled and protector series courses.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of generators.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs after hours as directed.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs of generators.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics and work orders to perform maintenance/repairs.
• Create reports for all work performed in FieldServio/ similar system.
