Job summary

Energy Systems, a full-service distributor of Generac equipment, is seeking an experienced technician to service and repair emergency power supply systems (EPSS). You will perform mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work, read schematics, and provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 4 years of EPSS experience. You must stay current on NFPA and state regulations and be able to communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of generators.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics and work orders.
• Maintain NFPA/state regulation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of generators.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during and after hours as directed.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance service and/or repairs of generators.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics and work orders.
• Create reports for all work performed in FieldServio.
