Job summary

nGeneration is seeking a proactive field-based installer to support the installation and implementation of retail and hospitality EPOS equipment. You will coach and support staff across pubs, restaurants, kitchens and cafes, travel as needed, and enjoy varied work environments.

The role includes a company car, full training and a permanent contract with a salary of £25,214 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 28 days leave and annual events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites in line with your schedule of works to conduct implementation services.
• Conduct system coaching and training in line with the specification of the customer IT solutions.
• Provide Go Live Support to the management and staff of the site.
• Complete all site-specific documentation to include site sign off and report site issues to Project Hub.
• Build excellent customer relationships whilst on site.
• Comply with all company business processes and procedures.
• Conducting other tasks within the business may be required from time to time.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, customer focused individual to support the installation and implementation of retail and hospitality EPOS equipment. The role also involves the coaching and support of staff from a variety of backgrounds, including pubs, restaurants, kitchens and cafes. This would suit an individual who enjoys being on the road, having a variety of work environments and is customer driven. Full support and training will be provided to successful applicants.

This role also includes a company car.

Summary of Main Responsibilities and Activities

nGeneration has been supporting the retail and hospitality industry for over 22 years, providing field service maintenance to the biggest hospitality chains across the UK.

Working Away:
You will be required to stay away overnight when the time to attend site is early ,or, when the site is a significant distance from your home, or, when you are required to work in a specific geographical area for a consecutive number of days. The company will centrally arrange, and book accommodation and overnight subsistence can be claimed via the company expense procedure.

Salary: £25,214.00 per year
