nGeneration is a leading UK technology solutions provider for hospitality and retail. We are seeking a proactive Field Service Desk Coordinator to join the Field Service team at our Head Office in Tipton.

You will be the key link between customers and Field Service Engineers, logging requests, scheduling engineers, and keeping customers informed throughout resolutions. The role is fast-paced with a 3-on/3-off shift pattern, 12-hour shifts, and an average of only 15 working days per month.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Good understanding of UK geography.
• A professional and positive approach to customer interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for customers requiring technical support.
• Log and manage service requests.
• Schedule and coordinate Field Service Engineers across the UK.
• Monitor service levels and respond to changing priorities.
• Liaise with customers, engineers and internal departments.
• Keep customers updated on job progress and resolution times.
• Identify and escalate technical issues where required.
• Manage engineer workloads to ensure efficient service delivery.
