nGeneration are seeking a Field Service Planning Coordinator to join our Field Service team in Tipton, UK. You will coordinate scheduling for engineers, manage workloads and logistics, and communicate with customers and colleagues to resolve scheduling or SLA conflicts while prioritising your workload in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience; scheduling field service or similar operational work is required.

Competenze

• Experience with scheduling field service or similar operational work is required.
• Experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
• First-line help desk analyst experience is desirable but not essential.
