Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Orthopedics Finance group seeks a BPO Director, EPM - Orthopedics, to lead the EPM product and technology landscape. You will own the product vision, set a capability roadmap, and coordinate with IT and business users globally to deliver planning insights and performance analytics.

• Serve as Orthopedics EPM product owner for vision and roadmap.
• Bridge between GPO, business users and IT to align priorities.
• Translate planning needs into prioritized capabilities and a delivery roadmap.
• Ensure end-to-end support and continuity for planning cycles.
• Define EPM strategy aligned with Finance objectives.
• Drive adoption, training and stakeholder alignment for new capabilities.
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports.
• Establish service levels, ownership and escalation paths.
