Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a BPO Director, EPM - Orthopedics to lead the Orthopedics EPM product and technology landscape. You will define business outcomes, own the roadmap, and collaborate with GPO, IT and Finance to deliver scalable planning and insights across the global organization.

Lead a team of six, drive automations and analytics, and ensure readiness for major planning cycles. English required; travel up to 20% as needed. This role sits within the Orthopedics Finance domain.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years in enterprise technology roles supporting Finance, including EPM and forecasting.
• Strong people-leader experience managing managers and senior professionals.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, controls and compliance.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide Finance Technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Orthopedics EPM product owner for vision, roadmap and value realization.
• Interface between GPO, business users and IT with clear ownership and communication.
• Translate planning and performance needs into prioritized capabilities and an executable roadmap.
• Define and execute EPM strategy aligned with Finance objectives; ensure continuity.
• Lead and manage a team of 6 direct reports; establish SLAs and escalation paths.
