Job summary

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology roles supporting Finance.
• Strong people‑leader experience, managing managers and senior professionals.
• Experience with EPM, budgeting and forecasting across large finance transformations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Orthopedics Business Product Owner for EPM with vision and roadmap.
• Interface between GPO team, business users and IT with aligned priorities.
• Translate planning, forecasting and performance needs into product capabilities.
• Ensure end-to-end support, availability, continuity and improvement.
• Define and execute EPM strategy aligned with Finance objectives.
• Lead adoption and training for new EPM capabilities.
• Drive option assessment, design and implementation for end-state platform.
