The position oversees a team of six direct reports, partners with GPO and IT, and drives adoption of new EPM capabilities within a complex, evolving organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior product owner for EPM/Planning tools.
• Ability to align finance planning requirements with technology delivery.
• Leadership of multi-location teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Orthopedics Business Product Owner for EPM, accountable for product vision, business outcomes, capability roadmap and value realization.
• Act as the primary interface between the GPO team, Orthopedics business users and IT, ensuring aligned priorities and clear ownership.
• Translate Orthopedics planning, forecasting and performance-management needs into prioritized product capabilities and an executable delivery roadmap.
• Ensure end-to-end support, reliable technology availability, business continuity and continuous improvement across transition and run state.
• Define and execute the EPM and Finance Technology strategy, aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Use stakeholder feedback and product insights to improve planning and decision support.
• Own business-facing support across users, the GPO team and IT.
• Set service levels, ownership and escalation; monitor availability and incidents.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, communications, training and adoption for new EPM capabilities.
• Partner with the accountable GPO and IT for successful delivery.
