Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a strategic BPO Director, EPM - Orthopedics, to own the EPM product and technology landscape. You will align the GPO team, business users and IT to deliver planning, forecasting and performance insights across a global Orthopedics organization.

You will lead a team and drive transformation with automation, analytics and AI. You will manage the transition from Anaplan Bridge to the end-state platform, define the roadmap, and establish a sustainable support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IS/CS/Finance/Business/Accounting or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10-12 years in enterprise technology roles supporting Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own Orthopedics EPM product vision and roadmap.
• Interface between GPO, business users and IT with clear ownership.
• Translate planning needs into prioritized capabilities and delivery roadmap.
• Define service levels, escalation paths and ensure continuity.
• Lead the EPM BPO organization with accountability for value realization.
