Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Orthopedics Finance group seeks a BPO Director of EPM to lead the EPM product vision, roadmap and adoption. You will partner with GPO, IT and business users to translate planning needs into capabilities while driving end-to-end support and continuity across global planning cycles.

Demand strong leadership, 10-12 years in enterprise finance technology, and experience guiding large-scale EPM implementations. Travel up to 20% to support global sites and transitions.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology roles supporting Finance, including EPM, financial planning, forecasting, consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Orthopedics Business Product Owner for EPM, with product vision and roadmap.
• Translate planning and forecasting needs into prioritized product capabilities and delivery roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end support, reliable technology, business continuity and improvements across transition and run state.
• Define and execute EPM strategy aligned with Finance objectives.
