Qualifications

• Proficient experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT or clinical workflows and documentation practices.
• Ability to analyze workflows and recommend informatics-based improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 office products.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics, Epic Reporting Tools and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic relationship owner for assigned physician practices and external partners, conducting routine onsite and virtual engagement to strengthen relationships and identify workflow opportunities.
• Act as enterprise subject matter expert for EpicCare Link capabilities, driving adoption and optimal utilization.
• Develop expertise in enterprise systems, databases, and secure access technologies to support end users.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and workflow guidance for external users with varying technical levels.
• Identify service gaps and coordinate escalations to ensure timely resolutions and positive user experiences.
• Communicate system updates and changes per SOPs; support change management initiatives.
• Facilitate user access requests in line with security standards and governance policies.
• Maintain documentation of interactions, issues, workflows, and resolutions; contribute to continuous improvement.
