Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an IT Business Partner to support clinical technology applications, act as a liaison between Information Systems & Technology and clinical departments, and ensure safe, compliant solutions that align with patient care workflows.

The role requires clinical background, Epic experience, and strong collaboration with varied stakeholders to deliver impactful technology changes across departments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Nursing or allied health.
• State or national license in a clinical field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a business partner with service lines, departments, individuals, and coworkers.
• Advises clinical operational users on system integration with workflows.
• Participates in routine meetings with department heads and superusers to identify needs.
• Provides Epic and other applications software support, file maintenance, and build for updates and implementations.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines in system solutions.
• Provides on-call coverage and project management support.
