Job summary

Mediant Health Resources seeks a Senior Epic and MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of clinical information systems, with a focus on Epic platforms and revenue cycle processes.

The role requires collaboration across clinical, administrative, and IT teams and a strong emphasis on on-site engagement in a fast-paced healthcare environment to improve adoption, usability, and clinician engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Clinical Information Systems and Epic platforms to support clinical and operational excellence
• Partner with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to improve workflows, streamline processes, and drive data-informed decision-making through reporting and analytics
• Oversee system configuration, testing, upgrades, user support, and training initiatives to improve adoption, usability, and clinician engagement
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, Meaningful Use, and organizational security/privacy standards while supporting quality and performance improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction for clinical informatics initiatives, collaborating with organizational leadership to align technology with patient care goals
• Position requires regular on-site presence in a fast-paced healthcare environment with close collaboration across clinical, operational, and IT teams
