Duly Health and Care seeks a strategic Director, IT Epic EMR for Ambulatory to lead Epic programs and deliver value across care settings. You will partner with the VP of EMR Systems to drive roadmap, optimize clinical workflows, and ensure successful delivery of multi-site initiatives.

This hybrid role demands executive presence, strong team leadership, and vendor management experience. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Epic teams, multi-specialty exposure, and a healthcare administration

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Epic teams' management with multi-specialty experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proven success in Patient Engagement and Access optimization projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Epic Outpatient Clinical Modules.

Responsabilités

• Lead Epic Ambulatory/Healthy Planet and OpTime/Ancillary Teams.
• Develop and execute a strategic EMR portfolio roadmap.
• Drive KPI improvements and partner with stakeholders for integration.
• Manage a high-performing team and ensure delivery across sites.
