Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Sr-level Epic analyst for EpicCare Link implementation, support, troubleshooting, access provisioning, upgrades, testing, and end-user training. The role includes production support and on-call rotation, acting as a SME for security/access management and end-user support.

Qualifications

• EpicCare Link Certification required.
• 5+ years of Epic application support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience provisioning user access utilizing Site Wizard and Epic security tools.
• Experience supporting application implementations, upgrades, and production support.
• Ability to document technical processes and procedures.
• End-user training and stakeholder support experience.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks.

Our client is looking for a Sr-level Epic analyst responsible for implementation, support, troubleshooting, access provisioning, upgrades, testing, training, and ongoing optimization of EpicCare Link. This individual will provide production support, participate in an on-call rotation, and serve as a subject matter expert for security/access management and end-user support.

Must-Have Requirements

• EpicCare Link Certification (required)
• 5+ years of Epic application support experience

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
