CTG is seeking an experienced Clinical Applications Analyst - Pharmacy to support, optimize, and enhance pharmacy technology solutions across the healthcare organization. This role collaborates with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, clinicians, and IT teams to ensure applications support patient care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of pharmacy workflows, hands-on experience with healthcare applications, and familiarity with third‑party pharmacy software; Epic Willow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, information systems, pharmacy, clinical informatics or related field.
• 3+ years supporting healthcare applications in hospital/health system environments.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and clinical operations.
• Experience integrating third-party pharmacy applications and dispensing systems.
• Experience gathering requirements, workflow analysis, testing, troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, technical and vendor teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of pharmacy applications and related technologies.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and operations to assess business needs and develop technology solutions.
• Configure, test, implement, and troubleshoot pharmacy application enhancements and integrations.
• Support medication management workflows, order verification, dispensing processes, and clinical decision support.
• Work with third-party pharmacy vendors and applications to ensure interoperability and performance.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, conversions, and workflow redesigns.
• Create and execute test scripts, document results, and validate application functionality.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, system issues, and user-reported concerns.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user support and education.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, privacy, and patient safety requirements.
