Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Epic Willow Inpatient design, build, and support.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment for Willow enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize medication management and workflows.
• Provide guidance to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and specs.
• Lead small to medium projects through SDLC phases.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
