Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Pharmacy IT Analyst to support Epic Willow and Willow Specialty workflows, including e-prescribing and Surescripts. The role emphasizes testing, training, and documentation to ensure smooth upgrade cycles and user adoption.

Preferred candidates will have Epic Willow Ambulatory certification and a 5-day work week with potential after-hours project go-lives. Remote work is available from certain states, with a base pay range provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1 year of experience in automated laboratory and/or business systems.
• EPIC certification within 6 months and ongoing education requirements.
• Prefer Epic Willow Ambulatory certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify procedures for Epic applications based on workflow changes.
• Assist with impact analysis and prioritization of user requests.
• Document workflows, specifications, and change control materials.
• Participate in testing, training, and results evaluation for Epic applications.
• Monitor post-implementation issues and coordinate with analysts for resolution.
• Maintain product documentation and support upgrades for assigned systems.
