Job summary
Washington Regional Medical System in Fayetteville, AR seeks an Applications Analyst for Epic Willow to support medication management across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
You will collaborate with pharmacy leadership, physicians, nursing, and IT to design, build, test, implement, and optimize Willow and related pharmacy applications, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient workflows. This remote role offers onsite presence as needed and a strong focus on process improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Epic Willow workflows and related modules.
- Strong knowledge of medication-use processes and pharmacy operations.
- Ability to translate clinical and regulatory requirements into system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain advanced Epic Willow functionality across medication records and workflows.
- Lead collaboration with pharmacy and IT teams to develop Willow enhancements.
- Oversee design, configuration, and validation to meet safety and compliance.
- Coordinate testing for Willow deployments and integrations.
- Mentor team members and support training and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure governance, change-control, and documentation standards.
